To enhance your home shopping experience, we offer a convenient 3-day exchange policy. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within three days of receiving your delivery if:

1. The product is damaged.
2. There are slight differences in color/design variations due to imitation, which are not covered by the return/exchange policy.
3. Change of mind is not applicable.
4. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
5. Items customized on customer demand are not eligible for return (exchange possible only if stitching does not match measurements).
6. The received product does not match the ordered size.
7. Articles must be returned in the original packaging before use.
8. Keep the receipt or proof of purchase for the exchange process.
9. The customer is responsible for sending the parcel to our warehouse in Pakistan at their own expense via courier.
10. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
11. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not offer doorstep order collection under any circumstances.
